Introduction to X20 series gantry milling machine technology and configuration
1、 Performance characteristics
1. The crossbeam is equipped with fully automatic mechanical compression and hydraulic relaxation functions. The degree of automation is relatively high.
3. The feed motion in all directions adopts stepless speed regulation; When the fast forward power of the workbench is less than or equal to 15KW, variable frequency stepless speed regulation is generally used; When the fast forward power of the workbench is greater than 15KW, servo stepless speed regulation is used.
4. The workbench adopts a new technology of wear-resistant plastic coated guide rails, which can reduce the wear of the bed guide rails.
5. The workbench adopts gear reducer and synchronous belt transmission, which ensures smooth movement.
6. The workbench adopts an independent oil tank mechanical oil pump for all-round lubrication, the milling head adopts an independent plunger pump for lubrication, and the crossbeam column guide rail and crossbeam column screw are lubricated by an electric clearance lubrication pump. The whole machine has good wear reduction and lubrication performance.
7. The bed and crossbeam guide rails are subjected to ultrasonic quenching heat treatment; The transmission gear of the spindle box is 20CrMnTi, which has been carburized, quenched and ground; The spindle is quenched and tempered with 40Cr, and the inner cone and its end are quenched with salt bath.
8. Boring and milling heads with a stroke of 300 or 500 or milling heads with rotation can be installed according to user requirements, where the vertical milling head has a rotation of ± 45 °, the side milling head has a head down+45 °, and a head up -10 °
9. According to user requirements, digital display can be installed or variable frequency speed regulation can be changed to servo speed regulation and electronic handwheel can be installed to achieve fine adjustment of workbench coordinates; Equipped with a touch screen control method, the machine tool has a simple programming function to achieve automatic cyclic milling of flat or keyway machining.
10. When equipped with boring and milling heads and servo speed control, right angle milling heads or universal angle milling heads and cooling systems can be installed.
